By accessing or using Devsper's autonomous CI/CD platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must: • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent • Have the authority to bind your organization to these terms • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Devsper provides autonomous CI/CD capabilities including: • AI-powered code analysis and bug detection • Automated testing and quality assurance • Intelligent deployment and rollback management • Semantic code search and documentation generation We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring your code and data comply with applicable laws • Respecting intellectual property rights of others • Not attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our systems Prohibited activities include harassment, spam, malicious code distribution, and any illegal activities.

You retain all rights to your code and data. By using Devsper: • You grant us necessary rights to process your code for service delivery • We maintain proprietary rights to our AI models and algorithms • You warrant that your code doesn't infringe third-party rights • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services Your private repositories remain private and are never used in training public models.

Devsper is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Data loss or corruption (though we maintain backups) • Service interruptions or performance issues • Third-party integrations or dependencies Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations.

Either party may terminate this agreement: • You may cancel your account at any time • We may terminate for breach of terms or non-payment • Upon termination, we'll provide 30 days to export your data • We retain anonymized analytics for service improvement Critical security violations may result in immediate termination without notice.
